Shipping & Delivery
All orders placed on onolua.com are shipped from our warehouse located in Montreal, Quebec.
Shipping fees
- FREE shipping on all orders over $175 CAD or $150 USD to US and Canada
- Shipping to Canada (under $175 CAD) : $15 CAD flat fee
- Shipping to US (under $150 USD) : $15 USD flat fee
- All International orders: $ 30 USD flat fee
Canadian orders
All Canadian orders are shipped with Canada Post and take 2 to 7 business days for delivery after being processed. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped.
US orders
All US orders are shipped with USPS and take between 3 to 8 business days for delivery after being processed. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped.
International orders
All international orders are shipped via Fedex with Priority International service and take between 6 to 12 business days for delivery after being processed. An email confirmation with a tracking number will be sent once the package has been shipped. International orders may be subject to taxes or customs charges.
Customs and Import Fees
International shipping means that you may be required to pay customs and import fees. All international customers are responsible for their country's custom duties. These may vary depending on the country or state listed in the shipping address. Onolua is legally required to declare the value of the package. For more information, we recommend that you contact your local customs office.
Change to your order
If you wish to modify or add an item to your order, we will be pleased to help you. Once the package has shipped, it is not possible for us to make changes to your order. Please make sure that all details indicated are correct before finalizing your order.
Processing times
Purchases are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days from the date of the order.
